Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier or your local post office for assistance.
